We have passed a point now where it's time to stop sitting on the fence, stop waiting and stop fighting the old. It's time to use our intent and free will, take action and start creating the New Earth.

That's the true choice at this moment.

  • [0:30] I have returned to working on positive things, with clients like not-for-profits, social enterprises and companies seeking to make positive impact.

  • [3:06] When working on building the new, I am energised and uplifted.  When working on fighting things, I am depressed and drained.

  • [4:56] It's time for all of us awakening to change things and start contributing towards building the new, to start using our intention and move towards it.

  • [7:11] It's time to stop waiting for someone to save us or for something external to change.

  • [9:19] It's time to stop fighting, because fighting the old reality keeps it in place. By fighting we maintain separation.

  • [11:37] We have had enough assistance and enough energy sent to us - the real choice point we are faced with now is to choose to step into the new and start contributing to it, with all of our essence and resources.

Hi, everyone, welcome to the New Earth lawyer podcast. My name is Geraldine Johns-Putra. I'm your host, I'm a lawyer based in Melbourne, Australia. I am coming to you from Boonwurrung country and I wish to pay my respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

0:30
There's nothing new really to report or update you on about the legal challenges that I spoke to you all about last week. In any case, I wanted to talk about something else today. I had more views of my video last week than I've had of any of my videos and I really want to thank everyone who watched it and the comments and contributions that I've received. It's really a reflection of how concerned people are about this particular topic. And I also do receive, just reflecting on that, I receive a lot of inquiries about fighting mandates, and COVID orders. Now I have advised clients in the past about their rights in relation to COVID lockdowns and COVID orders and mandates. But right now, the work I'm doing in my legal practice, I've returned to focusing purely on corporate governance, purpose-led companies, modern slavery, not-for-profits, social enterprises, and impact investing. So my work has now returned to basically what I was doing before COVID hit.

1:57
Actually, years ago, I was a corporate transactions lawyer. So I was advising companies on buying and selling businesses, buying and selling other companies. And then about four or five years ago, I transformed that corporate transactional work into the practice that I was talking about, which is the impact work and the purpose work, which is a lot more positive for humanity. And it's something I got into intentionally, I really wanted to be spending my time doing something that was creating a positive change. So right now, without exception, my clients are, they're either not-for-profits who are trying to make a positive impact, or they are for-profit enterprises with a purpose of making a positive impact, or they have engaged me to do something positive, right, like modern slavery work. And by positive I mean, not just working to make a profit, but working to help the planet, and communities in a way that goes beyond money.

3:06
I'll tell you something. And I find that when I am working on the positive aspects, I am energetic, my mood is incredibly uplifted, I am upbeat, I have a positive vibe, right? Can't wait to get out of bed in the morning and do my work. But when I'm advising clients on fighting things, my energy is much lower. It's harder work. It's more draining. I don't recharge naturally, I have to actually take a rest from that work. And that said I've had fantastic clients. Even in the work I've been doing around COVID we have communicated at a really high-vibe level, full of compassion and kindness and understanding. But it is more difficult work. So I've been reflecting on this difference, right? And I think it has lessons for all of us. And that's really what I wanted to talk about today.

4:05
What I think it comes down to is that building the new, working towards something positive, that energises us, and fighting the old, doing something that is essentially about separation and division., that is what brings us down. There's a quote that I've heard twice in the last four days from different people, from Buckminster Fuller. Buckminster Fuller was an architect. He was a visionary. He was an inventor. And he said, "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." So my message to people today is along that theme.

4:56
Firstly, I'd like to say we've each got to stop being part of the problem. There are a lot of people, a lot of people among us who are awake realising that we're shifting to something new. And we're being challenged, we're being challenged about where we are in our lives, we're being challenged about the jobs that we hold, and whether we are doing what we came here to do. While some people are finding, they want to make a change, some people are finding that they actually love what they're doing, they want to keep doing it. Whatever the case is for you, if you are awake or awakening, it's time to step up and do something meaningful to contribute towards the shift, right to do what we were born here to do.  It's not easy, because we can't necessarily make these changes overnight. You know, we live on a three-dimensional plane, things take time, time exists on this planet, nothing manifests immediately here, at least, you know, not yet. So we've got to make plans. But, you know, this is what I did, it took me years to change my practice, like I was telling you, my legal practice and my legal work. And it took me months of planning to leave my old role with a big organisation and step out to practice on my own. But in practising on my own, I have more freedom. And I've really been able to, to undertake the work I truly want to and really make a difference. And it's part of being part of learning to be conscious creators and co creators, right? So I use my intention, and all of us can use our intention in the same way, use our intention to find a way to do what it is that we came here to do. If you don't know what it is, we can set the intention to find out. If we know what it is, we can set the intention that that's what we're going to be doing very shortly. And then we'll be presented with the opportunities to do it. That's how it works. Because right now we're in the mode of building. And it's really time to
get off our butts, collectively, and do it.

7:11
The second thing I want to say is that we've got to stop waiting, I can say from personal experience that when I am exercising my will, and I'm actually taking action towards things and I'm in my highest vibration, I feel great about my life and what I'm contributing. And then those opportunities present themselves, right people enter my life, I make connections, I get referrals to other people and so on. I can sometimes do the opposite and get into a space where I'm just getting caught up and thinking oh, God, things are taking so long to shift and, you know, why is the world still so difficult, and I can't really see the change out there. And then I'll get stuck listening to podcasts or commentators who are kind of promising us that someone is going to help the shift along someone is going to come along and do stuff, put in a new system or overthrow a government or whatever, right? And these things are very seductive. Now I'm not criticising any commentators, I'm not criticising anyone out there. I'm not saying anyone's right or wrong. All I'm saying is that in my experience, you know, when I get, start to get a little bit obsessed, listening to those things, it that's when I get into a really energy that's kind of stuck, in energy that is static. And I stop focusing my energy on doing positive things, I stop taking action, my energy just dips and everything drags, right? It's the saviour mentality that someone is going to come and save us. And when I stop relying on that, and I just get busy doing stuff, well then things actually tend to happen right, outside in the bigger world, external to me. When I'm paying attention and praying and hoping and wishing that stuff will happen, nothing happens. So the shift is up to us, we actually have to stop waiting and start acting.

9:19
The third thing I want to say is actually we have to stop fighting. Fighting a thing keeps that thing in place. And if you're fighting something, then you're saying that that thing is real, and you're giving it more and more energy. The outside world is a reflection of our of our inner reality. And if our inner reality is that, you know we are faced with an enemy, or we're faced with something evil or negative that we have to destroy or take down, then we're actually out picturing whatever it is and giving it energy and making it more and more real. Now this is a little bit difficult for some people to come to terms with, right, because we have to find a balance between standing up for ourselves, reclaiming our sovereignty and that fine balance between doing that and slipping into focusing our energy and power on keeping something in place, right. In addition to keeping that thing in place, we're also lending our energy towards separation and division. It's a fine line. But simply put, you know, the way towards the shift is stop focusing on the old reality and start living the new, totally living the new, getting up every day, like I did today, getting up and reminding myself that I am living in the new paradigm, I am choosing to live right now, in the new paradigm. And the days when I choose to live that way, I can tell you, I exist in happiness and freedom. Everything goes wonderfully, my connections are great, and I have new opportunities presented to me. And when I get sucked into the old reality, where I'm thinking, oh God, it's so difficult. Well, those are the days when I do live in the old paradigm, and I'm worn down and I'm depressed. So the energetic experience between the two is vast, right? One is a place of power and potential, the other is a place of victimhood, and separation. And I can tell you, that's my lived experience.

11:37
So what I'm trying to say is something that I said at the end of the last episode, when I was talking about choices, what I said is that we have a choice to make between unity on one hand, and fear and separation on the other hand. Put another way, I would say that we're at a time now when the choice is actually between, are we going to step into the New Earth, live the new paradigm, or are we going to choose to stay stuck in the old Earth? I think we're now powerful enough to make that choice. I think there's been enough that's happened, there's been enough help we've received externally, cosmically, if you believe that, we've had so many changes in our lives, we've had so much energy given to us, we have so many millions of people waking up to the true purpose, they are lighting up, they're connecting to their true purpose and to each other. And we're just at a place where collectively we are ready to live. We are ready to live in the New Earth right now. We're past the point where we have to be overly worried about making wrong choices. I just don't think any more than it's about whether I'm forced to receive this or that, whether I'm forced to wear this or that, whether I have to present this or that pass or certification or whatever. I think the true choice comes down to are we going to live in freedom? And are we going to live in love? It's about do we choose to be sovereign and strong and kind and confident citizens of the new paradigm? And do we live shoulder to shoulder with each other helping each other, building the new system, lending our energies towards that, really contributing? Or are we going to be victims under the old controls. So it's not about surrender, actually, and it's not about fight. It's actually about choosing to live like we've already reached a destination, because we have. And there'll be everyday, we'll have choices presented to us on a smaller scale, about how we choose to react to this or that. And really, it doesn't actually matter how we choose to react to those little things. It's about whether energetically as a whole, we understand that we are in the new. And we live our lives in a bigger way where we are preparing, all of our work and our entire resources, you know, the essence of us are being lent towards the new, are being contributed towards the new. So that's really what I wanted to say. Thank you for listening.
